Naples Market Report for June ’24

It shows us that supply is up and sales are down, but it’s not all bad. Median sales prices are up 4% and average sales price is up 8.96% but number of sales year over year has dropped almost the same amount at -8.95%, while we’ve also seen a significant increase in supply which has increased over 20%. For those getting ready to sell, you’ll have to be a little more patient as days on the market is also up 23.21%.
